Code of Conduct

CeMAT Australia is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, and staff. By participating in CeMAT Australia 2026, you agree to abide by this Code of Conduct.

Expected Behaviour

  • Treat all participants with respect and courtesy
  • Engage in professional and constructive discussions
  • Respect the venue, equipment, and property of others
  • Follow all instructions from event staff and venue management
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Unacceptable Behaviour

  • Harassment, discrimination, or intimidation of any kind
  • Disruptive or aggressive behaviour toward other participants
  • Unauthorised recording or photography of individuals
  • Misrepresentation of products, services, or affiliations
  • Any behaviour that endangers the safety of others

Reporting

If you experience or witness behaviour that violates this Code of Conduct, please report it immediately to an event staff member or contact us via our Contact page. All reports will be treated confidentially.

Consequences

Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in removal from the event without refund, and may be reported to relevant authorities where appropriate.
