Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in CeMAT Australia 2026, organised by Hannover Fairs Australia Pty Ltd ("Organiser"). By registering to attend or exhibit, you agree to these terms.

Registration

Registration is subject to approval by the Organiser. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse registration at its discretion. Visitor registration is complimentary for qualified industry professionals.

Exhibition

Exhibition stand bookings are subject to a separate Exhibitor Agreement. Stand allocations are at the sole discretion of the Organiser. All exhibitors must comply with venue regulations and the CeMAT Australia Code of Conduct.

Cancellation & Changes

The Organiser reserves the right to change the event date, venue, programme, or speakers at any time. In the event of cancellation by the Organiser, registered participants will be notified and any applicable fees will be refunded.

Liability

The Organiser accepts no liability for loss, damage, or injury sustained by participants or their property during the event, except where required by law. Participants attend and exhibit at their own risk.

Photography & Recording

By attending CeMAT Australia 2026, you consent to being photographed or filmed for use in promotional materials. If you do not consent, please notify event staff upon arrival.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
